Copilot Billing
The Copilot Billing page enables users to manage their AI-related billing, monitor usage, and control resource allocation, such as tokens and storage, on the Digisquares platform. This page provides details about the current plan, available resources, and a record of past transactions.
Current Subscription Details
Plan Information
- Current Plan: Displays the name of the active subscription plan, such as "Basic" or "Premium."
- Monthly Cost: Shows the monthly cost for the selected plan, e.g., $49/month.
- Upgrade Option: Users can upgrade to a higher-tier plan to access additional resources and features.
Usage Overview
- Total Tokens: Indicates the total tokens available in the plan and shows usage, e.g., "1000000 / 1000000 Total Tokens available."
- Total Storage: Reflects the total storage allocated and used within the plan, e.g., "5 / 5.5 GB Total Storage available."
Resource Management
Users can add more tokens or storage to their existing plan using the Add Token and Add Storage buttons:
- Add Token: Increases the token allowance for AI interactions within the platform.
- Add Storage: Expands the storage space available for data and model storage.
Add Tokens and Storage
The Add Token and Add Storage sections allow users to purchase additional resources based on their needs.
Adding Tokens
- Token Quantity: Users can specify the number of tokens they wish to purchase. The total cost updates dynamically based on the selected quantity.
- Currency Selection: Allows users to choose their preferred currency for the transaction.
- Order Summary: Provides a detailed breakdown of the subtotal, applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax), and the total amount due before finalizing the purchase.
Adding Storage
- Storage Quantity: Users can select the amount of additional storage needed. Pricing is calculated per GB.
- Billing Cycle: Allows users to choose the billing cycle (e.g., monthly or yearly) for added storage resources.
- Order Summary: Displays the subtotal, any applicable GST, and the grand total. Discounts, such as those for annual billing, are also shown.
Using annual billing can provide significant savings compared to monthly billing. Be sure to check for discounts when selecting a yearly option.
Billing Information
The Billing Information section is designed to collect and store essential details required for billing and invoicing purposes. Users can edit this information to ensure that their billing records are accurate and up-to-date. The fields available for entry include:
- First Name: The first name of the billing contact.
- Last Name: The last name of the billing contact.
- Company: The name of the company responsible for the billing. This is particularly useful for business accounts.
- Address Line 1: Primary address line where the company or individual is located. This should include the street address or P.O. box number.
- Address Line 2: An optional second line for the address, which can include additional details such as suite, floor, or apartment number.
- City: The city associated with the billing address.
- Region: The state or region associated with the billing address.
- Zip: The postal code or zip code for the billing address.
- Country: The country associated with the billing address. This is a dropdown selection to ensure standardization of country names.
- Phone: A contact phone number associated with the billing address.
- Email: The email address where invoices, receipts, and other billing communications are sent.
- GSTIN: The Goods and Services Tax Identification Number, required for tax compliance in certain regions (e.g., India).
Shipping Information
The Shipping Information section allows users to provide a separate address for shipping purposes. This section is particularly useful when the items or services being billed are to be delivered to a different location. Similar to the Billing Information section, users have access to the following fields:
- First Name, Last Name, Company, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, Region, Zip, Country, Phone, and Email.
- My Billing And Shipping Address Are Same: Checkbox to automatically copy billing information into the shipping fields if both addresses are identical.
Invoices and Billing History
The Billing section provides a summary of past transactions, with options to view or download invoices:

- Plan: Specifies the subscription or resource type billed in each transaction.
- Amount: Shows the transaction amount for each resource or plan.
- Status: Indicates the status of each transaction, such as "Success."
- Created Date: The date when the invoice was generated.
- Download: Provides a download link for users to retrieve a copy of their invoice.
Order Summary
The Order Summary section provides a detailed breakdown of the costs associated with additional resources:
- Subtotal: The initial amount before any discounts and taxes.
- Discount: Displays any applicable discounts, such as for yearly subscriptions.
- GST Amount: The tax amount calculated based on the subtotal and the user's region.
- Total: The final amount due after applying discounts and adding taxes.
To maximize savings, users should consider the yearly billing cycle which often includes a discount compared to monthly billing. GST is automatically calculated based on regional tax requirements.
Choosing a Subscription Plan
The Choose Your Right Plan section offers various subscription options:
- Basic: Offers limited token and storage allowances suitable for small projects.
- Premium: Provides extended token and storage limits, ideal for businesses with higher resource needs.
- Enterprise: Customized solutions for large organizations, including premium support and resource options.
Action Buttons
- Back: Returns to the previous page.
- Upgrade: Users can select a different plan or add resources.
- Add Token: Expands token capacity.
- Add Storage: Increases storage space.
- Proceed to Payment: Finalizes the purchase of additional resources or plan upgrades.
Notes
- Monitor usage to avoid exceeding resource limits. Real-time updates on token and storage usage are provided.
- Use the Download feature in invoices for accurate financial records.
